We will visit the Premiere on Pine leasing office together, where you will fill out an application (same as if you were leasing a new apartment). They will do background check, etc, once you are approved, your name will be put on the lease starting Sept. We will have paid Sept rent, you can venmo us the remainder of Sept prorated.
